At SleepMode Lab, we want you to rest easy — both in sleep and in your shopping experience. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if your product is unused, in its original packaging, and meets the conditions below.
🩵 Non-returnable items (for hygiene and safety reasons):
To protect the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Anti-Snoring Mouth Guards

Lavender Sleep Sprays (if opened)

Used Bluetooth Headbands

Used Heating Pads or Belts
⚙️ Returnable items (unused or defective):
The following items may be returned if unused or if they arrive defective:

If your product arrives damaged or not working properly, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery at support@sleepmodelab.com. Include your order number, photos or video evidence, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
🪶 Returnable textiles:

Blackout Curtains may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition.
🌙 Refund timeline:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund approval.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or sent in error.
